Caddie (server)
We hire for hospitality and teach the golf
Our service team are called caddies. Like a good golf caddie, they anticipate what a guest needs and guide the visit from arrival to departure. No golf experience is needed.
- The workWelcome guests, explain the bays and the menu, serve food and drinks, and look after your bays and tables.
- PayEstimated $20 an hour including tips, with an annual performance bonus and a company profit-sharing plan.
- ScheduleFull-time and part-time. Days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- GrowthCaddies can move into bartender, trainer, floor manager and operations roles.
- RequirementsAge 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and Texas Food Handler and TABC certifications or the ability to get them.
