Privacy policy

This policy explains what Lone Star Golf collects through playlonestar.com and how we use it. Lone Star Golf is operated by LS Executive Services, Inc.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message, event request or job application. Form entries are stored in HubSpot, the customer management system we use.
- If you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the details you entered there.
- If you reach the site from one of our ads or a tagged link, the name of that ad or campaign. It is kept in your browser for up to 30 days and sent with any form you submit, so we know which advertising works.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To send the news you asked for, such as opening updates and offers.
- To answer your questions, quote events and review job applications.
- To run and improve the site.
- If you book an AI Practice Plan, the swing data Trackman records in your session is analyzed with AI software to build your plan.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you join our email list, we will email you about Lone Star Golf. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Bookings, memberships and payments
Online bookings, memberships, gift cards and payments are handled by our booking and point-of-sale provider, TenFore. Information you enter there is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers on this website.
Analytics and advertising
We use HubSpot to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed and your approximate location. We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and Meta may set its own cookies to measure those ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, our form and email services and our booking provider, and when the law requires it.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
